45-year old male who underwent PCI due to STEMI several months ago. Currently asymptomatic. Undergoes stress echocardiography, achieving 125 Watts, 6.9 METS and a heart rate of 162 beats per minute. Has significant coronary artery disease as assessed by invasive angiography, but stress echo does not reveal significant ischemia during stress.
