TIMI risk score for STEMI

30-day mortality risk in ST-elevation myocardial infarction treated with fibrinolysis.

TIMI risk score for STEMI
Age
Diabetes, hypertension or angina
Systolic blood pressure <100 mmHg
Heart rate >100 /min
Killip class II–IV
Weight <67 kg
Anterior ST elevation or LBBB
Time to treatment >4 hours
Complete the fields above to see the result.

When to use

  • Patients with STEMI. Derived and validated in fibrinolysis-treated cohorts (InTIME-II), so it may overestimate risk in the era of primary PCI.

Formula

Weighted sum of eight clinical variables (see rows above). Maximum 14 points.
