  • Triaging postmenopausal women for DXA when access is limited.

Formula

OSIRIS = trunc(0.2 × weight[kg]) − trunc(0.2 × age[years]) − 2 (prior low-energy fracture) + 2 (current HRT). > 1 low, −3 to 1 intermediate, < −3 high probability of osteoporosis.
