Points: age (0-3), LDH ratio (0-2), stage III-IV 1, major-organ extranodal disease 1, ECOG >=2 1. Range 0-8. Low 0-1, low-int 2-3, high-int 4-5, high >=6.
Pearls and pitfalls
- Uses finer age and LDH bands than the original IPI and restricts extranodal scoring to key organs.
