Formula

Sum of weighted points for age, partner numbers, condomless receptive and insertive anal sex, HIV-positive partners, and stimulant use. Range 0-47; cutoff >=10.

Pearls and pitfalls

  • A screening aid only; it does not diagnose infection and should be paired with HIV testing.
