When to use

  • Adults presenting to the emergency department with chest pain in whom acute coronary syndrome is suspected.
  • Not for use when the ECG shows STEMI, or when the patient is haemodynamically unstable.

History + ECG + Age + Risk factors + Troponin, each scored 0–2. Maximum 10 points.
