One point each: age >60, Ann Arbor stage III-IV, Hb <120 g/L, >4 nodal areas, elevated LDH. 0-1 low, 2 intermediate, 3-5 high risk.
Pearls and pitfalls
- Derived before the rituximab era; FLIPI-2 uses different variables but FLIPI remains widely reported.
